Jenny Manning
A lifelong resident of North East, she was born on March 28, 1927.
Before her retirement, Mrs. Manning worked as a Legal Secretary for Albert Roney, Esq.
When she was younger, Mrs. Manning greatly enjoyed ballet. She was a graduate of Goldey Beacom College; a member of North East UM Church and the Turkey Point Lighthouse Station. She and her husband enjoyed going to their place at the beach for over 30 years.
She is survived by her son: John A. Manning, Jr. of North East, MD; and was preceded in death by her husband: John A. Manning, Sr. and her mother: Ida Crouch.
Graveside services, conducted by Rev. Bert Jicha will be held Friday, September 21, 2012 at 2:00 PM at North East Methodist Cemetery, 101 Cemetery Road, North East, MD.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Turkey Point Lighthouse Station or Amedisys Hospice, both in care of Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD 21901.
