Jeffrey D. Wiggins

Jeffrey D. Wiggins, 64 of North East, MD, passed away Monday, July 10, 2023 at home.

A lifelong resident of Cecil County, he was born in Elkton, on August 8, 1958, of the late Joseph Horace Wiggins and Pauline Castella (Osborne) Wiggins.  He was the husband of the late Ruth Ann Wiggins who passed on April 17, 2018.

Jeff worked at W.L. Gore for 33 years as a machine operator.

He enjoyed cars and “wrenching” on them, building models, listening to classic rock and loving on his grandbabies.

Survivors include his son: Josh D. Wiggins (Shelby); daughter: Mindy M. Young (Eric); grandsons: Aiden, Jaxsen; granddaughter: Stella; and sisters: Beverly J. Zielinski and Dorothy A. Luckett.

In addition to his parents and wife, Jeff was also preceded in death by 3 sisters: Brenda J. Thomas, Dawana L. Humphries and Barbara M. Collins.

Funeral service, conducted by Rev. Dennis R. Gilbert, will be held Monday, July 17, 2023 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow services in Harford Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen, MD.
