Jeffrey Lynn Collins, Sr., 31 of Newark, DE, passed away suddenly on Monday, October 23, 2017.
He was born in Elkton, MD, on April 12, 1986. He worked as a truck driver.
Survivors include his wife: Nicole E. (Girard) Collins; 4 children: Jeffrey L. Collins, Jr., Gunnar Raymond Collins, Kaleigh Michelle Collins and Addison Nichole Collins; his father: Joseph L. Collins (Vickie); his mother: Deodorah (Hollada) Sluder (Tom); 4 siblings: Ryan Douglas Collins, Andrew Robert Collins, Cara Chantel Collins and Jared Dalton Collins; and his paternal grandparents: Robert and Betty Collins.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.
Interment will be private.
