Jeanne Margaret (Christensen) Pierce
A lifelong resident of Cecil County, she was born in North East on August 19, 1943, the daughter of the late Harry A. Christensen, Sr. and the late Emma L. (Brown) Christensen.
She was a Toll Collector on the Susquehanna River Bridge.
Jeanne enjoyed crocheting, going to yard sales and most of all, time spent with her family.
Survivors include her children: Carrie Barton of Nottingham, PA, Connie Biggs and husband Bill Arrants of Wilmington, DE, Brenda Biggs and husband Randy of Lusby, MD and Jason Pierce and wife Crystal Luh of Elkton, MD; 2 granddaughters: Jennifer Biggs, Michelle Barton; and 1 sister: Mary Savage.
A Celebration of Jeanne’s Life will be held on Saturday, May 25th at 1PM at 304 Landing Lane, Elkton, MD. In lieu of flowers, bring a covered dish to share.
