Janet B. Spangler

Janet B. Spangler, 75 of Perryville, MD, died Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD. She was born in Baltimore, MD, on July 27, 1935 and was the beloved wife of John J. Spangler, Sr. of Perryville, MD. Janet was an integral part of the family business she helped found, Market Street Café in Charlestown, MD. She was an avid genealogy enthusiast, having compiled a family history dating back many generations. In addition to her loving husband of 57 years, survivors include her children: John J. Spangler, Jr. and wife June of Spout Spring, VA, Wendy Ragolia and Randal Steele of Perryville, MD, Charles A. Spangler and wife Bobbie of Charlestown, MD, William E. Spangler of Carriere, MS, and Darcy J. Spangler and Jance Peterson of Perryville, MD; brother: Kenneth Munzner and wife Debbie; 7 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; and many neices and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD where visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday evening, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
