James E. "Jimmy" Russell, Jr.
James “Jimmy” Ellsworth Russell, Jr., 57 of North East, MD, died Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving family.
A lifelong resident of Cecil County, he was born in Elkton on August 29, 1958.
James worked as an excavator operator for First Choice Foundations, Elkton, MD.
He was an avid fan of NASCAR and the Dallas Cowboys.
Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years: Ellen Russell; their children: Melissa Pettersen (David), James E. Russell, III, Miranda Freas (Jamie), John Russell and Jamison Russell; his mother: Mildred (Testerman) Doyle (Bill Montgomery); sister: Karen Carson (Willie Carter); half-brother: Samuel Russell; and his three grandchildren: John Williamson, Jamison Russell, II and Rayonna Russell.
