James M. Russell

James M. Russell, 80 of North East, MD, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at home.

A lifelong resident of North East, he was born on February 4, 1936, the son of the late Annie Kline Boulden and the late James Mulford Russell.

Mr. Russell retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground where he works as a high voltage electrician; He also worked for Henkles and McCoy as a tree surgeon.

He was a member of Union UM Church, Elkton, MD.

Survivors include his loving wife: Beverly Russell; his beloved daughter: Beverly Davis of Elkton, MD; and his 8 sisters: Verla Ann Farr of Elkton, MD, Vivian Renn of Rochester, MN, Irene Cleaver of North East, MD, Elsie Tuell of Carlisle, PA, Bonnie Boulden of Elkton, MD, Connie King of North East, MD, Penny Copen of Elkton, MD and Robbin Gervais of Elkton, MD.

Memorial services, conducted by Rev. Cheryl Snyder will be held Monday, September 19, 2016 at 11:00 am at Union UM Church, 440 Union Church Road, Elkton, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am until service time.
