James Conley Rinehart

James Conley Rinehart, 76 of Elkton, MD, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022 in the Christiana Care, Union Hospital, Elkton, MD.

Born in Bud, WV, on October 13, 1946, he was the son of the late Harry Vinson Rinehart and Pauline May (Sizemore) Rinehart.

James served his country proudly in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era.  He retired from Chrysler where he worked as a Master Electrician.

He loved working on his farm, spending time with his wife, Caroline and traveling to West Virginia.  He enjoyed fishing and seeing all of his extended family at the annual family reunion.

Survivors include his loving wife of 15 years: Caroline L. Rinehart; his children: Duane E. Rinehart (Jennifer) of Bear, DE, Darren E. Rinehart of Upland, PA, Douglas E. Rinehart of Elkton, MD, Krystal D. Rinehart (CJ) of North East, MD, Anthony P. Rinehart (Samantha) of Elkton, MD and Pamela J. Arnold (Galen) of Elkton, MD; siblings: Twila Wilson, Charlie Rinehart of VA, Pete, Ward (Debbie), Paul (Brenda) and Kenny Rinehart, Linda Tyndall (Dan) and Brenda Rinehart all of North East, MD; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by siblings: Harry V. Rinehart, Jr., Richard A. Rinehart, Sr., Patricia A. Rinehart, Harriett Marie Rinehart, and Carol Ann Rinehart

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.

Funeral service will be held Monday, October 31, 2022 at 11:00 am at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home, 10 South High Street, Morgantown, WV, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow in Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, Morgantown, WV.
