James Vernon Montgomery, Iii

James Vernon Montgomery, III, 48 of Havre de Grace, MD, died Monday, December 1, 2008. Born in Tacoma, WA, on January 19, 1960, he was the son of the late James Vernon Montgomery, Jr. and the late Ruth Peterson Montgomery. Mr. Montgomery was a truck driver for Cardinal Logistics. He enjoyed science, reading, comic books, history, cooking and had taught himself Latin. Survivors include his two children: Meghan Roberts and James Vernon Montgomery IV; and his granddaughter, Madelyn R. Roberts all of Elkton, MD. Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 13, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation for family and friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Rev. Roger Moyer will officiate. Interment will be private.
