James Charles Mason
He was born in Port Arthur, TX, on February 28, 1958 and served in the U.S. Army for 17 years as a Sgt. 1st Class.
Mr. Mason worked as an IT Specialist. He enjoyed finding trails to bike ride with his wife and dog, reading all the time, taking long walks at North East Community Park, golfing and fixing computers.
Survived by his wife: Birgit Mason; two daughters: Nicole Mason (Michael Gwizdz) of NJ and Courtney Mason of NJ; his mother: Francis (Martin) Mason; and a brother: Mark Mason of Wagoner, OK.
He was preceded in death by his father: Charles James Mason.
A memorial service will be held Friday, March 27, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests from 2:00 until service time.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mason Family to help with expenses.
After the services, everyone is invited to the North East UM Church, 308 South Main Street, North East, MD for a gathering for fellowship and to share memories of James.
