James Howard Martin, Jr.

James "Face" Howard Martin, Jr., 59 of Elkton, MD, died Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD. Born in PA, on June 3, 1951, he was the son of the late James H. Martin, Sr. and the late Violet Murphy Martin. Mr. Martin was the beloved husband of Joyce A. Martin of Elkton, MD. A resident of Cecil County for over 56 years, he was a past member of the Moose in Elkton, MD and the Nomads Motorcycle Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing pool and working in the yard. In addition to his loving wife, survivors include: his daughters: Jamie Martin of St. Petersburg, FL, Crystal Martin of Elkton, MD: a stepson: Joseph Swift of Elkton, MD; two brothers: Kenny Martin of FL, Ronnie Martin of Elkton, MD; his grandchildren: Crisha, Amiah, Kirby, Tyler, Jukobi and Daniel; and a great grandson: Daniel. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Bert Jicha will be held Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation for family and friends beginning at 10:00 AM.
