James Robert Leonard
Born in Chester, PA, on July 7, 1953, he was the son of the late Robert Edward and Mary Elizabeth (Twaddell) Leonard.
He was an Attorney in the Law Offices of Roeberg, Moore and Friedman, Wilmington, DE.
Mr. Leonard enjoyed attending and watching his grandchildren’s sporting and dance events. He loved the time he spent with his family.
He is survived by his 3 loving children: Jennifer J. and Lance Rowe, Ryan R. and Jenny Leonard both of Elkton, MD, Robert B. Leonard of North East, MD; 4 beloved grandchildren: Kayleigh and Conner Rowe, Randy and Emily Leonard; his sister: Judee M. Cunha of Newark, DE and his brother: Timothy M. Leonard of Jacksonville, FL.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Shelly DeCampli Leonard on July 7, 2001.
Services were private.
