James Peter Langhorne, Jr.

James Peter Langhorne, Jr., 57 of North East, MD, died Friday, February 16, 2018 in the Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD.

Born in Elkton, on March 14, 1960, he was the son of the late James Peter, Sr. and Winnie Iola (Bumgarner) Langhorne.  He served in the Army.

Pete enjoyed his time furthering his education at Cecil Community College. He was a concrete finisher, employed by Breslin Construction, Inc.

He is survived by one daughter: Noelle C. Bolingbroke (Jason) of Frederica, DE and two sons: James and Adam Langhorne both of Havre de Grace, MD; three sisters: Jane Parrack (Robert), and Bonnie Mullen (Skip) both of Elkton, MD and Wanda Langhorne of North East, MD; one brother: Brian Langhorne of Elkton, MD; his granddaughter: Alexis; his niece: Andrea Dunn and nephew: Scotty Langhorne.

Friends may call Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Funeral service, conducted by Rev. Ray F. Graham, will be held 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton, MD.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to American Cancer Society, in care of the funeral home.
