Jacqueline D. (Deamond) Russell
A lifelong resident of Cecil County, she was born in Bay View, on November 13, 1928, the daughter of the late Ralph and the late Myrtle (Russell) Deamond. She was the wife of the late Harry C. Russell who died in 2004.
Jackie was a lifelong member of Hart’s UM Church, Elk Neck, MD. She enjoyed the Elk River and all the many activities associated with it.
She is survived by her children: David K. Russell (Betty), of North East, MD, Stephanie R. Ziegenhorn (Tom) of Wilmington, DE, Lynn R. Wnenchak of Newark, DE; 2 granddaughters: Sarah Wnenchak and Melanie Gutierrez (Mario); 1 great granddaughter: Rosie Gutierrez; and her late brother: H. Terry Deamond
Memorial services will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 11:00 am at Hart's United Methodist Church, 3203 Turkey Point Road, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests beginning at 10:00 am until service time.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Operation Smile or Hart’s UM Church, both in care of Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 S. Main Street, North East, MD 21901.
