Isabelle Graham Lafontaine

Isabelle Graham LaFontaine, 89 of North East, MD, died Sunday, March 12, 2006 in the Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD. Born in Zion, MD, on March 6, 1917, she was the daughter of the late William C. and the late Ada Stewart Graham. During her earlier years she was employed by Triumph Explosives, Avon and Elkton Fashions. Mrs. LaFontaine enjoyed crocheting, reading and dancing. Isabelle is preceded in death by her husband Dorcell E. La Fontaine who passed away in 1993. She is also predeceased by her two sons; Gary Sr., Dorcell, daughter Linda LaFontaine, brothers; William, John and Frank N. Graham. Survived by four daughters and their husbands: Dolores McDowell and Kenneth of Chelsea, MI Ona Fay Jines and Robert, Lake Charles, LA Darlene Roberts and Ronald, Baldwin, MD Cheryl Marshall of Elkton, MD two sisters: Rosemary Wilson of Calvert, MD Ada Hayden of Port Deposit, MD 11 Grandchildren 13 Great-grandchildren Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 16, 2006 at the Zion United Methodist Church, 914 Old Zion Road, North East. Family and friends may call from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at the Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Rev. Hal Owens will officiate Interment will be in Rose Bank Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.
