Isabella Judith “Judy” Devaney, 67 of Elkton, MD, died Friday, February 1, 2013 at home.
Born in Chester, PA, on October 22, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Thomas N. and the late Elizabeth Judith (Barraclough) Newlin.
Before her retirement, she worked as a barber at the Philadelphia Club.
Judy enjoyed art, macramé and embroidery.
She is survived by her son: John Devaney and his wife Sandiann of Elkton, MD.
