Iola Frances (Brown) Buffalo

Iola Frances Buffalo, affectionately known as “Frances” was born on Wednesday, July 18, 1956, in Elkton, Maryland to the proud parent of Henry E. & Rev. Olethia O. Brown. At an early age, Frances professed her faith in Jesus Christ and was baptized at Bethel A.M.E Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Freeman. Frances received her education in the Cecil County Public Schools System and graduated from Perryville High School in Perryville, Maryland. She later furthered her education and attended George Washington University for a short while. Frances regularly found delight in excursions to Delaware Park Casino, Dover Downs Casino, and Hollywood Casino, where she would indulge in her favorite pastimes. Frances found enjoyment in playing solitaire on her tablet. Her fondness for pantsuits was evident, as was her confidence in wearing them. Blue was her preferred color, often incorporated into her attire. Shopping excursions with her sisters, Anna and Cora, were a common occurrence.
