Born in Baltimore, MD, on December 27, 1959, he was the son of the late William L. and the late Catherine Doris (Humphreys) Kreiss.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation from 10:00 AM until service time.
Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery.
