Henrietta P. (Niebel) Raines
Born in Williamstown, NJ, on March 30, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Norman and the late Carnation (Guy) Niebel.
Mrs. Raines retired from the Cecil County Domestic Violence & Rape Crisis Center.
Survivors include her 5 children: Glenda Dale Vickery (Dale) of Portal, GA, Johnie A. Raines (Robin), Lester N. Raines (Snorky), Falena L. Little (Bill) and Ramona M. Evans all of Elkton, MD; She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Raines was preceded in death by her husband: Johnie A. Raines, Sr.; companion: Sonny Tennant; great grandson; Gavin Fortune; and sister: Sophia Peterson.
Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Ron Silverman will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM.
Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
