Hazel Marie (Reid) Campbell

Hazel Marie Reid Campbell, 82 of Rising Sun, MD, died Thursday, June 4, 2015 in the Union Hospital, Elkton, MD.

Born in West Jefferson, NC, on April 16, 1933, she was the daughter of the late John Greene Reid and the late Bertha (Gentry) Reid.  She was the wife of the late Robert Lee Campbell who died March 28, 2001.

She enjoyed crocheting, watching birds, her cats and flowers.

Survivors include a daughter: Ann Marie McClure (Patrick, Sr.) of Rising Sun, MD and son: Jerry Campbell (Jane) of Elkton, MD; a brother: Jim Reid of Everett, PA; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter:  Judy Lynn Campbell Grzybowski.

Funeral service, conducted by Pastor Larry Johnson will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 12:00 noon at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 11:00 am until service time.

Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hazel M. Campbell Memorial Fund, in care of the funeral home.
