Gracie Lou Patchell

Gracie Lou Patchell, 15 of North East, MD, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2023.

Born in Elkton, MD, on May 9, 2008, she was the daughter of Britney (Pennington) Kelly and Billy J. Patchell, Jr.

Gracie was a student at Perryville High School, Perryville, MD and loved animals of all kinds. She enjoyed painting and drawing. Gracie was also in the Junior Police Academy with the Elkton Police Department, Elkton, MD.

She is survived by her mother: Britney M. Kelly (David) of Elkton, MD; father: Billy J. Patchell, Jr. (Megan) of North East, MD; siblings: Sophiea Patchell, Ryder, Yianni and Tripp Kelly; maternal grandmother: Julie Pennington; paternal grandfather: Billy J. Patchell, Sr. (Sherry) of Moravia, NY; paternal grandmother: Denise Patchell of Baltimore, MD; and paternal great grandmother, Jackie Patchell of North East, MD.

Gracie was preceded in death by her grandfather: Daren Pennington; great grandfather: Harold Patchell, Jr.; and great grandmother: Emma Lou Kline.
