Gloria Debra Hodgson

Gloria Debra Hodgson, 70 of Elkton, MD, died peacefully and went to be with the Lord and loved ones on Monday, January 9, 2012 at Union Hospital, Elkton, MD. Born in Bayonne, NJ, on February 4, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Bronislaus and the late Cornelia Brzozowski. Gloria dedicated her life to being a wonderful homemaker with a generous heart to all. Gloria is survived by her loving husband, John D. Hodgson; and children: John Orangio, Gary Orangio, William Hodgson and Kim Fisher; and her grandchildren: Daryl, Gary, Gary, Bradley, Hunter, Kyle, Alexis and Arianna. She is also survived by her sisters: Loretta Varsalona, Sophia Whalen, Florence Skiba and Dorothy Amendola; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by 7 siblings: Irene, Bertha, Stella, Annie, Tony, Bruno and Walter. A Celebration of Gloria's life will be held Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 2:00 PM at North East United Methodist Church, 308 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM until service time. Rev. Bert Jicha will officiate. Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
