Glenn Curtis Mcclure

Glenn Curtis McClure, 66 of Peach Bottom, PA, died Sunday, August 29, 2010. Born in New Park, MD, on September 7, 1943, he was the son of the late Rex and the late Esther Page Turner McClure. Mr. McClure was the beloved husband of 46 years of Mary Lou McClure of Peach Bottom, PA. He was a Geodetic Technician for over 45 years at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, MD. He enjoyed tinkering, crabbing and fishing. In addition to his loving wife, survivors include his children:: Lisa Weismiller of Perryville, MD, Kevin McClure and his wife Jennifer of Rising Sun, MD, Keith McClure and his wife Karen of Peach Bottom, PA; his grandchildren: Anden and Ryan Weismiller of Perryville, MD; Alexia Waters, Morgan and Nicholas McClure all of Rising Sun, MD, Curtis and Calvin McClure both of Peach Bottom, PA. Uncle Glenn was loved and feared by many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother Dinver Gale McClure. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with visitation for family and friends beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow services in Conowingo Baptist Cemetery, Conowingo, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Mary L. McClure.
