Gavin Lee Fortune 8/3/2010 ~ 1/29/2011 Gavin Lee Fortune, 5 months of Rising Sun, MD, was called unexpectedly to heaven to receive his wings on Saturday, January 29, 2011. Gavin was a blessing to all in his presence. He was a very happy, well loved baby boy, who will be deeply missed. Gavin leaves behind his parents, William "Billy" Fortune, Jr. and Kirsten Bare of Rising Sun, MD; 3 great grandmothers: Eda Raines, Margaret Fortune both of Rising Sun, MD, Cynthia Anderson and great grandfather, Richard Anderson, both of San Antonio, TX; grandparents: William Fortune, Sr. and Crystal Fortune of Elkton, MD; grandmother: Ramona Evans of Rising Sun, MD; grandfather: Bill Bare of Elkton, MD; aunt: Danielle Fortune of North East, MD; uncle: Patrick Willen of Rising Sun, MD; aunt: Skylar Davis, uncle: Austin Davis both of Elkton, MD; aunt: Abigail Fortune of Port Deposit, MD; and many other aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Harold Phillips will be held Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation for family and friends beginning at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD. In lieu of flowers, donations to help with funeral expenses may be made to Crouch Funeral Home.
