Gary A. Page

Gary A. Page, 56 of Elkton, MD, died suddenly Tuesday, November 17, 2009 in Union Hospital, Elkton, MD. A lifetime resident of Cecil County, he was born in Elkton, on November 4, 1953. Gary was Supervisor of Construction Inspection, for Cecil County Dept. of Public Works. He was a member of St. Mary Anne's Episcopal Church, North East, MD and also a member of Sons of the American Legion Post #15, Elkton, MD. He loved music and was a 25 year member of the Epics. He was an Eagle Scout, loved the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Colts, taught guitar at Cecil Community College and was an excellent grass cutter. Survivors include his loving wife of 22 years: Dean Page, Elkton, MD; his beloved daughter: Jennifer Hood of North East, MD; his mother: Ruby Mays Page, of Elkton, MD; and his brother: Richard Page of Baltimore, MD. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Page and his uncle, Jack Page. Funeral services, conducted by Father Samuel Hartman will be held Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation for family and friends beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in St. Mary Anne's Cemetery, North East, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the American Heart Association, in care of the funeral home.
