Garnet Ray Sullins

Garnet Ray "Fuzzy" Sullins, 76 of Elkton, MD, died Friday, June 9, 2006 in the Christiana Hospital, Christiana, DE. Born in Mouth Of Wilson, VA, on October 9, 1929, he was the son of the late Robert and the late Virginia Eller Sullins. He was a Plumber & Pipe fitter for Aberdeen Proving Ground where he retired after 35 years of service. He was a member of the Perryville United Methodist Church and the Perryville Fire Department. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball, bowling and traveling in the mountains. Survived by his wife: Emma K. McGuirk Sullins and three daughters: Diane L Gutowski of Perryville, MD, Joyce E. Bernier-Lilley of North East, MD, Toni S. Webb of Calvert, MD. One sister: Virginia Edwards of Rising Sun, MD and two brothers: James C. Sullins of Rutherfordton, NC, Teddy Sullins of Newfield, NJ. Step Daughter, Daphne Mullikin of Burnswick, GA; Step Daughter, Bernice Baldwin of North East, MD; Step Daughter, Sharon Hall of Middletown, DE; Late Wife, Edna S. Sullins; Late Brother, Robert B. Sullins; Late Sister, Madeline Sullins. Also survived by: Eleven Grandchildren; Alisa, Brandy, Donny, Natalie, John, David, Lucas, Joshua, Gannon, Madison, Annalia and Seven Great-Grandchildren; Shawn, Courtney, Chris, Eric, Grace, Dylan and Joshua. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at 11:00 am at Perryville United Methodist Church, Broad & Susquehanna Streets, Perryville, MD.
