Fredia (Cox) Chadwick

Fredia Chadwick, 72 of Elkton, MD, died Sunday, July 14, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Calvert, MD, on December 6, 1940, she was the daughter of the late George Franklin and the late Mary (Curly) Cox.

She enjoyed reading, flowers, gardening and Delaware Park.  She was a great cook and lovingly made delicious recipes for her family and friends.

Fredia is survived by her husband: Nelson Chadwick of Elkton, MD: 4 children: Patricia Anne Windsor of North East, MD, Nelson Chadwick, III of Cherry Hill, MD, Rebecca M. Boggs of Elkton, MD and Michael Z. Chadwick of North East, MD; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and one on the way.

Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Dr. Allen P. Dickerson will be held Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM.

Interment will follow services in St. Paul's Methodist Cemetery, Earleville, MD.
