She was born in Hurley, WV, on October 9, 1926.
Mrs. Woodward retired from Wilmington Hospital where she had worked in Housekeeping. She enjoyed attending the Senior Center both in Elkton, MD and Marshallton, DE.
Survivors include: 3 daughters: Judy Smallwood of Wilmington, DE, Debbie Kitts of Elkton, MD and Georgianna Culburme of KY; 2 sons: Paul Woodward of New Castle, DE and Rockey Woodward of Wilmington, DE; 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lury Justice and her daughter: Charlotte.
Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Paul Bennett will be held Friday, November 8, 2013 at 11 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests beginning at 10 AM until service time.
Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
