Franke Jeanette Ratliff

Frankie Jeanette Ratliff, 76 of Elkton, MD, died Friday, December 1, 2006 in the Laurelwood Nursing And Rehabilitation, Elkton, MD. Born in Richlands, VA, on February 3, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Henry and the late Mary Smith. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Amel Ratliff who passed away in 1991. She was a Seamstress at Elkton Fashions and a Homemaker. Mrs. Ratliff is survived by three daughters: Pam Ratliff of North East, MD, Paula England of North East, MD, Pat Reynolds of Elkton, MD and two sons: Adam Ratliff of Port Deposit, MD and Carl Ratliff of Perryville, MD. She is also survived by ten grandchildren. Graveside Services were held Saturday, December 2, 2006 at North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD. Rev. James B. Jones officiated.
