Frank Leroy Savage

Frank Leroy “Roy” Savage, 53 of North East, MD, died Sunday, January 13, 2008 in his home after a long illness surrounded by his loving family. Born in Elkton, MD, on November 9, 1954, he was the son of Frank P. Savage of North East, MD. and the late Gloria Olivia Elburn Savage. He was employed by Perry Point V.A. Medical Center in the Dietary Department before his retirement. Survived by one daughter: Melanie Hickman and her husband John of Charlestown, MD Sister: Valerie McMullen of Colora, MD, Granddaughter, Emily Hickman of Charlestown, MD. Grandson, John Hickman of Charlestown, MD; Foster sister, Tina Mickiewicz of Perryville, MD; Nephew, Russell McMullen; Nieces, Vicky Kramer; Tammy Kendall and Jacklyn Love. He is preceded in death by his mother Gloria Elburn Savage, Sister Wendy Love-Morey and foster brother Jim Shuler. Funeral Service will be held at 2pm, Friday, January 18, 2008 at Crouch Funeral Home, 17 South Main Street, North East, MD, where family and friends may call on Thursday evening from 6 to 8pm. Pastor Ben Johnson, Rock Hall Seventh Day Adventist Church, will officiate. Interment will be in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
