Frank Foots

Frank Foots, age 83 of Rising Sun, MD, died Monday, February 2, 2009 in the Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE. Born in Boise, TX, on August 21, 1925, he was the son of the late Frank Louis Foots and the late Sarah Foots. He was a Truck Driver, retiring from James Julian, Inc., Wilmington, DE. Mr. Foots also owned and operated his own truck for many years removing snow and assisting in building county roads. He enjoyed his time at the Chuck House and was a good friend to everyone. Frank is survived by his daughter: Roxanne Racine of North East, MD and two sons: Frank Foots of North East, MD and Kim Foots of Rising Sun, MD. He is also survived by granddaughter, Ashley Foots; grandson, Frank Junior Foots IV; grandson, Gurnie Poe, III; and granddaughter, Patsy Poe. He was predeceased by his wife, Eleanora Mae Foots, who died in 2000. Funeral service, conducted by Rev. Jim Jones, will be held Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where family and friends may call on Friday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.
