Frances Eva (Hieber) Harrison

Frances Eva Harrison  of Rising Sun, MD, formerly of Chesapeake City, MD, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the amazing age of 98.  She was the loving wife of the late John (Jack) H. Harrison, Sr. (who died in 2002; they were married 66 years.)  Her parents, George and Margaretha (Auffarth) Hieber and 6 siblings, all of Baltimore, MD, predeceased her.

Eva has 3 children:  John H.  Harrison, Jr, deceased (Loris, his wife), JoAnn Harrison Matthews (William, her husband) and James Walter Harrison (Diane, his wife).  Eva has 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Eva worked with her husband on the farm, and then as a secretary at Bohemia Manor High School for 16 years.
She loved serving the Lord Jesus Christ, praying much and helping countless others in various ways.  She and Jack were a wonderful example of a godly marriage.  She will be missed by many.
Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Barry Gray will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 10:30 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests beginning at 9:30 am.
