Frances Lee Corron

Frances Lee Corron was born April 16, 1933 in Rainelle WV. She was the last surviving child of Basil and Cleo Osborne and went home to be with the Lord on July 5, 2010. Frances worked at the Bata Shoe Factory; Nannette's Manufacturing and retired from the Cecil County Board of Education as the Cafeteria Manager at North East High School. She was a member of Mercy Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, taking care of her family and there was never a bargain she couldn't find. Frances is survived by four sons, Ronald D. and wife Kathy, Gary D. and wife Rosemary, Larry K. and wife Darlene, and Bruce A.; by two daughters, Lynnette Brinton and husband David and Lisa Ewing and companion Sherman all of North East, MD. Her grandchildren: Steven Corron and wife Amy of Kennett Square, PA, Cindy Wood and husband Dan of Elkton, Karen Adkins of North East, Lori Brown and husband Curt of Elkton, Linda Corron of NC, Larry K. Corron II of North East, Crystal D. Clark of North East, Jason Preston and wife Laura of Chesapeake City, Brian Corron, Greg Corron, Justin Corron, Katelyn Corron, Eric and Ryan Church all of North East, Angie Kennan and William Walsh both of DE; 19 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Frances is also survived by her dear friend and caregiver, Kathleen Hollingshead and husband Scott of DE. Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Richard L. Corron and grandson Zachary M. Corron. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Jerry Wilson will be held Friday, July 9, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday evening from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Interment will follow services in Harford Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen, MD.
