Frances Phyllis (Misotti) Baker

Frances Phyllis Baker, 75 of Conowingo, MD, passed away Monday, January 23, 2023 in the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center-UM, Bel Air, MD.

Born in Baltimore, MD, on April 5, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Joseph S. Misotti and Philomena (Martino) Misotti. She was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph J. Misotti.

Frances retired as a Supervisor for the Social Security Administration, Woodlawn Office.

She was very much into crafting and made the best handmade greeting cards.  She was a wonderful grandmother.

Survivors include her loving husband of 38 years: Charles Baker; daughter: Mandy Mack (Steve Mack) of Conowingo, MD and stepdaughter: Stella George (Will George) of Milford, DE; and her 4 beloved grandsons: Mitchell, Mason, Hunter and Levi.  Also survived by her sister, Mary Ann Gotti (John Gotti), sister-in-law, Betty Misotti, nieces: Chris Misotti, Shelley Hicks, Gina Loftus and nephew: Carmen Gotti as well as great-nephews:  Brandon Hicks, Matthew Hicks, Roman Misotti and Colin Loftus all of Baltimore, MD.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Memorial service will begin at 2:00 pm.
