Evelyn Nancy (Snipes) Giles

Evelyn Nancy Giles, 86 of Charlestown, MD, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017 in the Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE.

Born in KY, on December 25, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Malcolm Snipes and the late Mary (Cole) Snipes-Boyer.  She was the wife of the late Charles Giles (2001) and the late Gleason Reeves (1992).

Prior to her retirement, she worked at Royal Foods, North East, MD in security.

Mrs. Giles is survived by 9 children: Herbert Reeves of FL, Sue Smith of DE, Helen Dougherty of Elk Neck, MD, Daniel Reeves of Charlestown, MD, Deborah Wilkenson of VA, Nancy Barker of KY, Philip Reeves of VA, Carla Reeves of VA, and Samuel Reeves of Elkton, MD.  She is also survived by many, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Monday, August 7, 2017 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where visitation will begin at 10:00 am until service.

Interment will follow in Principio Cemetery, Perryville, MD.
