Evelyn P Carnill
She was born in Conrock, VA, on September 18, 1925, and the daughter of the late James and the late Minerva Plummer.
Evelyn was a beloved member of Praise Assembly Church, Newark, DE.
Survivors include her loving husband: Thomas Carnill: daughter: Linda Lannen (Charles) of Elk Mills, MD; and five sons: Sam Walter (Linda) , Tommy Carnill, and Timothy Carnill of Elkton, MD, and Rodney Carnill (Beth) of Winchester, VA. She is also survived by her: 20 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two daughters: Stephanie Carnill and Connie Wetmore: a son-in-law; Roderick Wetmore: a daughter in law; Jean Carnill: two grandsons; Eric Wetmore, and James Walter: and six siblings: Ruth Van Vynet, Nettie Grieve, Walter, Robert, Albert, and James Plummer.
Funeral service, conducted by Pastor Michael Petrucci will be held, at 11:00 am on Monday, July 7, 2014 at Praise Assembly Church, 1421 Old Baltimore Pike, Newark, DE, where the family will receive guests beginning at 10:00 am until service time.
Interment will follow services at North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
