Emory Russell Asbury, Sr.

Emory Russell Asbury, Sr., 64 of Elkton, MD, died Friday, March 14, 2008. Born in Grundy, VA, on March 1, 1944, he was the son of the late Albert and the late Virgie Hamilton Asbury. He retired from General Motors, where he worked in the paint department. Currently he was working as a Security Guard at Terumo in Elkton, MD. Emory was also a member of the U.A.W. Survived by his wife: Shirley A. Wright Asbury, daughter: Robin L. Asbury and three sons: Emory R. Asbury, Jr., Steven Asbury all of Elkton, MD, and Timothy Asbury of Chesapeake City, MD.; and also 6 grandchildren Funeral service will be held Monday, March 17, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD where family and friends may call starting at 1:00 PM. Interment will be in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
