Eloise Conrad, 71 of North East, MD, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017 in the Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, Baltimore, MD.
Born in Baltimore, MD, on November 19, 1945.
She retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground as an administrative assistant.
Eloise enjoyed reading and gardening.
Survivors include her loving husband of 41 years: Vernon L. Conrad of North East, MD; two daughters: Kimberly L. Charest and Katherine M. Phillips; two grandchildren: Michael Charest and Michelle Voge; and sister: Virginia E. Barker.
