Ella Mae (Williams) Heath

Ella Mae Heath, 94 of Elkton, MD, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022.

Born in Bay View, MD, on August 5, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Marshall and Tracy Williams.

She is survived by two daughters: Robin Meadows of Elkton, MD and Taye Jordan of Havre de Grace, MD; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and was preceded in death by her husband: C.W. Heath in 1996 and her son: Bruce Heath in 2000.

She worked for C & P Telephone Company for many years as a telephone operator, then retired from the Board of Education in 1993.

Ella was a Girl Scout Leader for many years.  She enjoyed bowling and was a member of the WIBC Bowling Association.  She also enjoyed quilting and traveling.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.

Private interment will be in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Amedisys Foundation, in care of the funeral home.
