Elizabeth Gail (Smith) Simpers
Born in Elkton, MD, on July 28, 1965, she was the daughter of Madeline (Garrison) Smith of North East, MD and the late Norman Smith.
Lisa retired as a manager from Schumacher Wallcoverings after 20 years of service.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter: Angela Simpers and granddaughter: Jayden Stanley both of North East, MD; and 2 brothers: Norman Smith, Jr. of Elkton, MD and Charles C. Smith of PA.
A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
