Elizabeth Jane (Phillips) Clein

Elizabeth Jane Clein, 63 of Perryville, MD, died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at home.

A resident of Cecil County for over 20 years, she was born in Scranton, PA, on December 10, 1949, the daughter of the late Gerard and the late Rita (Travesky) Phillips.

Elizabeth served in the Army from 1974 to 1979 in Germany. She then continued working for the U.S. Government at APG Edgewood Area in accounting.

She enjoyed reading, gardening, traveling and animals.  Most of all she loved spending time with her sons and grandchildren.

Survivors include her 2 sons: Jonathan Clein of Perryville, MD and Eric T. Clein, Jr. of Deptford, NJ; 3 grandchildren: Liam, Callum and Valerie; and 1 sister: Jeralee Ford of Lancaster, PA. She was also survived by her former husband: Eric Clein of Port Deposit, MD.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister: Rita June Germano.
