Edward James Heverin

Edward James Heverin, 60 of North East, MD died Monday, November 28, 2005 in the Union Hospital Of Cecil County, Elkton, MD. Born in North East, MD, on January 7, 1945, he was the son of the late John L.H. and the late Frances Carey Foreacre Heverin. He was a Deputy , employed by the Cecil County Sheriff's Department where he retired in 1995 due to a disability. Edward served in the U.S. Army-Vietnam. He often valued his quiet time by reading. Mr. Heverin also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and watching old movies. Survived by his wife: Linda Martin Heverin 5 daughters: Karen Elizabeth Harris of North East, MD, Alisha Lea Heverin of North East, MD, Regina Renee' Winsted of Perryville, MD, Ashely A. Heverin of North East, MD, Patricia C. Shires of Chicago, IL step son: Ralph Daniel Manzie of Bristol, TN sisters: Betty Lou Hammons, Rising Sun, MD Pauline Miller, Elkton, MD brother: William Heverin, Elkton, MD 7 grandchildren Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 3, 2005 at the Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where friends and family may call Friday, December 2, 2005 from 6:00PM until 8:00 PM. Rev. James R. Moyers will officiate Interment will be in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East.
