Edward James Fitzpatrick, Jr.

Edward James Fitzpatrick, Jr., 74 of Elkton, MD, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in the Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, on April 29, 1948, he was the son of the late Edward James Fitzpatrick, Sr. and Catherine (Hess) Fitzpatrick.

He worked as a yard supervisor for Maryland Portable Concrete and really enjoyed working.

Edward was a former member of the Claymont DE Vol. Fire Dept.

Survivors include his loving wife: Kathleen Fitzpatrick; his children: Catherine Shoop of Quakertown, PA, Geraldine Ann Fitzpatrick of Delaware City, DE, Duane Massey of Elkton, MD, Richard C. Massey of Seaford, DE and Bryan D. Massey of Toledo, OH; siblings: Donna Anderson, Geraldine Simpson both of Lancaster, PA, Karen Fitzpatrick of FL, Mark Fitzpatrick and Kevin Fitzpatrick both of Lancaster, PA.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
