Edna Dulaney (Bowen) Smith

Edna Dulaney Smith, 92 of Aberdeen, MD, passed away Monday, February 20, 2017 at Harford Memorial Hospital, Havre de Grace, MD.

A lifelong resident of Harford County, she was born in Perryman, on January 3, 1925, the daughter of the late George Alexander Bowen and the late Mildred Elizabeth (Waream) Bowen.

Mrs. Smith was an active member of Wesleyan Chapel UM Church, Aberdeen, MD.  In addition to her devotion to her church, she enjoyed bowling, stock car racing and loved feeding her squirrels and birds.

She is survived by her son: Richard Ralph Smith (Valerie Stewart-Smith) of Rising Sun, MD; daughter: Linda Lee Lloyd (Charles) of Clarksville, TN; devoted daughter-in-law: Katherine Goodrich of Conway, SC; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband: Woodrow Ralph Smith and son: James Lee Smith.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Harford Memorial Gardens, 3839 Aldino Road, Aberdeen, MD.
