Edith Irene (Finney) White

Edith Irene White, 86 of Elkton, MD, died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at home.

Born in Harrisburg, PA, on December 1, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and the late Lilly Kathryn (Kennedy) Finney.

Mrs. White retired from the Brandywine School District where she worked as a secretary.

She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church, North East, MD.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years: Walton B. White of Elkton, MD; and her sister: Clara Skatuler, also of Elkton, MD.

Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Mark Crispell will be held Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM until service time.

Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Bethel Lutheran Church, in care of the funeral home.
