Dorothy June (Moore) Searfino

Dorothy June Searfino, 86 of Rising Sun, MD, passed away Friday, January 27, 2017 in the Laurelwood Nursing Center, Elkton, MD.

Born in Rowlesburg, WV, on September 2, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Moore.

She is survived by her children: Joseph Searfino (Kay) of Baltimore, MD, James Searfino (Karen) of Grand Junction, CO, Janice Grose (Perry) of Rising Sun, MD and Kevin Searfino (Monica) of White Marsh, MD; daughter-in-law: Barbara Searfino of FL; one sister: Rose Reiner of Morgantown, WV; seven grandchildren: Joey, Kim, Amy, Jennifer, Chris, Jessica and Jacklyn; six great grandchildren: Christina, Brandon, Christian, Aaron, Kily and Caleb; three great-great grandchildren: Levi, Blake, Brylee; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Searfino was preceded in death by her husband: Paul William Searfino; a son: Michael Searfino; and an infant daughter.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 10:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

Interment will follow services in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, MD.
