Doris C (Cairns) Twitchell

Doris C. Twitchell went home to be with her Lord on May 22, 2024.  She was 86 years old.  Mrs. Twitchell was born in Angelica, NY, the daughter of the late Jack and Lois Cairns.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Winfield Twitchell.  Mrs. Twitchell was a member of Reformation Bible Church of Darlington, MD.

Survivors include her four children:  Wyn (Terry), Rising Sun, MD; Adele Hayes, Earleville, MD; Todd (Carol), Rising Sun, MD; and Dorine Russell (Mike), Quarryville, PA; also nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and brother Maurice Cairns, Angelica, NY.

Service and burial were private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harford Christian School, 1736 Whiteford Road, Darlington, MD  21034.
