Donald Lee Frances

Donald Lee Frances, 71 of Rising Sun, MD, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017 in the Laurelwood Nursing And Rehabilitation Center, Elkton, MD.

Born in Baltimore, MD, on March 30, 1946, he was the son of the late Clifford and the late Lucille (Allen Shell) Frances.

He was a project supervisor, employed by City Of Baltimore for many years.

Donald enjoyed fishing and would go as often as he could.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 9, 2017 from 12:30 pm until 1:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with funeral services beginning at 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Ebenezer Church Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.
