Dianna Mrie (Hutchens) Vance

Dianna Marie Vance, 66 of North East, MD, passed away Monday, January 1, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in DE, on January 22, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Charles Luther and Garnett Marie (Sizemore) Hutchens.

Dianna worked at Happy Harry’s in North East, MD as a cashier.  She had previously worked as an assistant manager at Movie King.

She was a member of North East Church of God; loved watching movies, her favorites were Christmas movies and Disney movies, enjoyed singing and music, and liked listening to Elvis, Madonna, Pat Benatar, the Beatles and the Monkees.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 50 years: Carl “Junior” Vance; one son: Carl Michael Vance (Angela) of Elk Mills, MD; two grandsons: Austin Vance of Tampa Bay, FL, Carl Vance of Elk Mills, MD; and her siblings: Dewey “Tommy” Hutchens, Irvin L. Hutchens, Dana Deuweke, Bonita Wright, Helen Harford and Darlean Janney.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 8, 2024 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 11:00 am at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
