Deborah Lynne Allen
Deborah Lynne Allen, 46 of North East, MD, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 29, 2009. A lifelong resident of Cecil County, she was born on August 10, 1962, the daughter of the late Redgia Franklin and the late Blanche Hilda Lyall McMillian. Mrs. Allen was the beloved wife of Joseph D. Allen, Sr. of North East, MD. She was a member of Charlestown Missionary Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. In addition to her loving husband, survivors include her children: Krystal J. Allen, Joseph D. Allen, Jr. and James Gene Allen all of North East, MD; and her grandchildren: Joshuwa Blake and Tarri Evans. A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 4:00 PM at Charlestown Missionary Baptist Church, 1168 West Old Philadelphia Road, Charlestown, MD. Rev. Dennis Gilbert and Rev.
